Abstract :
Synthesis of emotional speech synthesis can enhance the speech´s expression and emotion feeling, it is the emerging issues in recent years. Prosodic feature has important influence in emotion speech expression. This paper firstly gets the important prosodic features after feature selection, then puts forward the emotional speech synthesis method based on the combination of pitch and formants, as that PSOLA algorithm can´t control the formants features´ influences to the speech synthesis, this paper has a new attempt in the methods of emotional speech synthesis.
