Abstract :
Fault diagnosis method in the article is based on rough set of ECS-CNCL (Electrical Control System for Computer Numerical Control Lathe), established for the modern complex ECS-CNCL fault diagnosis, can handle a large, unsure, incomplete and inaccurate data of ECS-CNCL effectively, so as to facilitate the new rules of inference. The basic approach: saving the data which the fault diagnosis needs into the specific database, after processing, reduction, extraction of the relevant feature core, forming the relevant processing rules, then handling the fault diagnosis. Experiment results show that the method is not only fast, effective and substantially reduce the workload of processing data, but also has the growth.
