Abstract :
To evaluate the scientific development performance of enterprises is an effective way to enhance companies´ core competitiveness. Based on combination weighting, this paper evaluated four enterprises scientific development performance. The innovation points and contributions are in three aspects. Firstly, by determining the combination weight through the multiplicative synthesis method, it arouses experts´ subjective initiatives and experiences, fully utilizes objective data and then organically combines subjective and objective information. Secondly, through evaluation from manpower criterion, the basic idea of Scientific Development Concept on people-oriented is reflected. Thirdly, the research results indicate that the scientific development tendency and economic performance of China State shipbuilding Corporation is prominent. However, its performance in manpower, society and zoology is not ideal.
