  • Abstract
    Video transmission based on Android platform is introduced in the paper, and an adaptive video transmission congestion control methods is proposed. Bit rate and frame rate will changed based on the feedback information which included bit error ratio and delay jitter automatically. The traditional control method has been improved, and the jitter will reduce due to the method. Double buffering is used in the system to ensure the fluency of video playback. Through the experiment, the quality of picture and packet loss rate has been significantly improved by this scheme.
