Abstract
Software reliability is a very important and active research field in software engineering researching. Software reliability prediction technique in general is divided into static and dynamic and there are many prediction model. However, most of the existing software reliability prediction models only analysis those date that emerge from software testing after failure appearing in general while ignoring a large number of useful information emerging from the software process. Therefore, this paper presented a idea that is to structure software process database used to predict software reliability based on the data of software process and to design measurement and metric units. And this paper also constructed a operation model in order to predict software reliability more credibly and accurately and lay the foundation for follow-up studying.
