  • Abstract
Blasting effect is related to properties of rock and blasting parameters, which will affect the subsequent production efficiency directly. In order to optimize the blasting parameters so as to acquire best effect, blasting effect should be analyzed and evaluated scientifically firstly. Each index of blasting effect was analyzed, and the weights of the indexes were determined by using analytic hierarchy process. And the evaluation system of blasting effect based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was built, which concerns the distribution of fragmentation, rate of toe rock, looseness coefficient, overbreak, blasting vibration, and flyrock distance. Finally, the evaluation system was applied to a blasting engineering project in Guizhou, China, and the results showed that the evaluating results were consistent with the reality, which overcome the subjectivity and limitation of the traditional evaluation.
