Abstract :
Fly ash with high sulfur and calcium is abandon to mix into concrete and cement. In this paper, with the application of composite treatment-Fly ash and slag digestion and milling, Physical dilution method was adopt to solve the problem, too many free sulfur and calcium in fly ash, a new composite material was fabricated. This composite material has all the advantage of two raw materials, and discards the disadvantage of each one. From the experimental result, when cement of arbitrary amount between 10%~60% is substitute by composite material, the concrete has good performance. This research has positive influence for the application of fly ash with high sulfur and calcium.
