Enterprises knowledge growth model basis on knowledge chain analysis

In order to probe the essence of enterprise development and exploration of the sustainable core-competence factor of the enterprise, the paper put forward the structures corresponding to knowledge increasing mathematic model by system dynamic analysis based on the knowledge chain model. From the point view of enterprise life cycle theory, the three key factors of knowledge management affect enterprise development were point out. Furthermore, according to three key factors as coordinate, along the enterprise life cycle interval, the enterprise knowledge growth model was built, which help the enterprise to gain sustainable core-competence, transmits from the overripe period to spallation period for sustainable development quickly.
