Implementing World Wide Web forms: a case study

Implementation of a complex query interface which allows novice users to select trees and shrubs suitable to their local growing conditions on the World Wide Web (Web) users points out some problems in using the Web for information delivery. A major limitation lies in implementing standards familiar to the target users.
