Abstract :
This paper presents an evolutionary approach toward performance evaluation of business process model. Performance is a pervasive quality of software system and since vast variables are involved and affected on it, the importance of performance evaluation is irrefutable. The proposed algorithm is based on Genetic algorithm technique. A business graph was assumed and by using genetic algorithm method, the performance of business process is evaluated. The merits of our approach are using uniparameter model, simple formulas and practical algorithm to evaluate business process model. Besides, our approach has potentiality to create an optimum business model in next steps.
