Abstract :
Water environment is critical to the survival and development of human society. There is great initiative to deploy a high density real-time sensor network to acquire water environmental information for better resource management and contamination control. This paper describes the design and implementation of a wireless sensor network system for in-situ water environment monitoring, utilizing ISFET micro sensors and mobile network communications. This system shows great advantages such as low-power, low-cost and easy to implement or expand. It thus promises broad applicability prospects for building the IoT of water environment.
