Abstract
In view of the problem on the optimal theory of three parallel activities adjusted to sequencing activities, the existing references only have done some theoretical researches, and produced the optimal method regarding the special problems. All possible results that three parallel activities are adjusted to sequencing activities are studied. Some new concepts and new theories are true through proof. Furthermore, based on the new concepts and theories, the proposed “characteristic chain” discriminance is simple, convenient and programming.
