Abstract
Increased usage of multi-core processors in consumer products “Multi-core processors represent the majority of systems shipped since 2006. For recent installations and upgrades, single-core processor share is now in the very low single digits.” (HPC Wire - June 7, 2012 on High Performance Computing trends);A vionics is minor user of world-wide processor usage; Analysis of standard-based software environments such as ARINC 653 can occur in advance of completing multi-core based platform certifications.
