Abstract :
The employment of university graduates is very important society problem. The effective evaluation measures on optimal job selection are analyzed and determined based on the characteristics of jobs. An approach to optimal job selection is proposed based on grey clustering. The proposed approach can judge the quality of jobs. Case studies were conducted to show its effectiveness.
