Abstract :
A thorough research having been done on the previous researches in this field, the internal relationship between the highway post-evaluation indicator systems is figured out. In this paper, a comprehensive and systematic method is proposed to do the highway post-evaluation by using the structural equation model and the indicator systems and models are also construed. The results of the theoretical study and empirical tests suggest that the models introduced in this paper are valid and applicable to the post-evaluation of highway projects. An empirical test of the JQ project also proves the validity and application of the models introduced in this paper.
