Abstract :
Energy security is an important subsystem of national security. Petroleum is an important kind of energy. So it is necessary to protect petroleum security. With rapid development China depends more and more on petroleum imports. However, foreign petroleum supply is confronted with various risks. In order to maintain petroleum supply and demand balance, measures should be taken to protect petroleum supply and make good use of petroleum resources.
