Abstract :
Based on the status quo of the real estate supply chain risk management, analyzed the risk identification stage using Scenario analysis method, then combined with the establishment of early warning mechanism, and built a complete set system of the real estate supply chain risk identification and Precaution in the paper, so that provide reliable reference for the real estate enterprises to response various risks better.
