Abstract :
To the problem of customer demands changing frequently, IT system islanded and design resource hard to reuse during collaborative design, a reconfigurable collaborative design service model was presented. First of all, the concept of collaborative design service mode and its characteristics were expounded. Secondly, the design task unit and design service unit of collaborative design service model were described in the form of meta-model. Reconfigurable collaborative design service model was implemented by virtue of web service and intelligent agent technology. Finally, a collaborative design service platform for complex products was build. Practice shows this platform would enhance productivity and improve enterprise design collaboration effectively.
