Abstract :
Tacit collusion is one of important study places in the new theory of industry organization. This paper studies the mechanism of existence and instability of tacit collusion in telecommunication industry, and it presents examples to prove these. Then it analyses the excitation conditions and the influence factors of tacit collusion in telecommunication industry. And it points out that it is reality that tacit collusion and the price competition appear in turn.
