Abstract :
Time reversal technique is demonstrated to be a promising efficient technique for use in wireless communications applications. Benefiting from multi-paths wave propagation, the time reversal technique has the unique feature to focus a signal in both space and time. This paper investigates two factors influencing the space-time focusing in a reverberation chamber when using time reversal technique associated with the FDTD method. Firstly, the influence of conductivity on the space time focusing is analyzed. Secondly, we compare two techniques to determine the resolution of the space focusing, using either an array of antennas or a moving single antenna.
