Abstract :
Depend on circumstance more complex and changeable, the traditional control chart no longer meets the need of a more and more industrializing and complicated application environment. Therefore, this thesis is to analyze the shortage of traditional process control, and then propose dynamic quality control of multi-variety and small batch manufacturing based on Bayesian Monitor, which is come up with by Bianca. A case of a Chinese electronic chip manufacturer is studied with Bayesian Monitor, which together with the method studied is proved practical and of help to the quality control.
