Abstract

Cadastral block map is a legal map certificate which describes Cadastral block location, boundary point, boundary line, Cadastral neighbor, etc. This paper analyzed the problems of cadastral mapping existing in current Cadastral Administration System and the reasons, studied auto-creating cadastral block map based on GIS and the establishment workflow of Cadastral Administration System database and Creating Topology based on GeoDatabase model. Moreover, based on coordinate conversion algorithm and map templates, the functions of automatic map annotation, editing, modification and output were achieved based on Visual C# 2005 Development language and ArcEngine Component technology.
