Abstract :
Hastelloy is one kind of alloys which has many advantages, such as better corrosion resistance, resistance to high temperature and high pressure, etc. They have been used widely in foreign countries in petroleum, chemical, environmental protection, aerospace, the nuclear industry and many other fields, but the discussion about this alloy began to emerge most recently-a few years interiorly. In this paper, a robot laser welding system will be used on Hastelloy C-276 alloy to perform a great deal of experiment. After design the robot laser welding system and the laser welding head for this system, the software control section of the robot laser welding system should be mastered, and the path planning and off-line programming simulation of different shapes´ intersection line in the robot system will be completed. The experimental analysis provided certain technical support to the application of hastelloy alloy.
