Abstract :
University-Industry collaborative Innovation (U-I co-innovation) has become an imperative for both universities and companies to strengthen their values and to remain competitiveness. This paper, Firstly based on U-A model and dominant design perspective, identifies three key controllable factors which affecting U-I innovation performance most to construct the Mechanism of the U-I co-innovation; Secondly, through specific case studies, further confirms the explanatory power of the mechanism in the actual cases. The research result of this paper will play very important role for U-I co-innovation practices, as well as for optimizing public polices.
