Abstract

Under the background of low income of high-tech industry based on the mode of FDI, and Chinese firms gradually lose out in the competition of the high-tech product export, we construct a research framework of knowledge acquisition abroad by the oversea-embedding of high-tech firms base on the contingency view and the theory of new economic-sociology.
