Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

Credit is an important intangible asset under market economy condition, maintenance and developing credit relations is an important prerequisite for maintaining social and economic order. Lack of credibility of China´s listed corporation brings a huge negative impact. Because China´s listed corporation lack credit risk measurement model which are suitable China´s national situation, it brought a lot of troubles for credit risk management. There are many methods of credit risk measurement, listed corporations´ credit management system could make full use of merits of modern mathematic models and effectively forecast listed corporations´ future credit risk through analysis each indicator of system.
