  • Abstract
    Implementing quality management in the course of building construction can effectively prevent the safety accidents to occur during the latter process of the use of building products. Meanwhile the total cost of construction supply chain can be decreased. Also it´s beneficial to enhance the brand popularity and reputation of construction enterprises. Mainly to the questions of quality in the current stage of building construction and combining with the features of quality management in the course of building construction, this paper analyzes the management motivation for the course of construction, and makes supply chain management and management by objectives idea and method apply to the quality management of construction, finally puts forward the specific quality control measures. All these are done to improve the overall quality of building products in the course of building construction.
