Abstract
In this paper, we study the global robust stability of neural networks with time varying delays and parametric uncertainties by using the Lyapunov functional method and matrix inequality technique. The proposed criteria are computationally efficient as they can be easily checked by using MATLAB toolbox. The obtained criteria are marked improvements over the earlier works, and an example is given to show the effectiveness of our theoretical results.
