Abstract :
The aim of virtual enterprise which is composed by a number of member enterprises is to gain its benefit, but how to distribute the benefit may impact its stability. The traditional Shapley value method only takes into account the important extent of member enterprises in virtual enterprise, in the actual operation it has some defects. In order to enhance the stability of virtual enterprise, in accordance with the thinking of harmony degree of profit allocation in the operation of virtual enterprise, this evaluates the harmony of profit allocation based on the Shapley value method which seems fair, and adjusts the existing value of profit allocation based on the Shapley value considering the degree of harmony, so that the distribution of benefits in virtual enterprise tends to a high degree of harmony, in order to maintain its sustained and steady development.
