Abstract

The whole life-cycle cost management is a concept of modern project management. Combined with China´s national conditions, this article has put forward a basic strategy of the whole life-cycle cost management of civil engineering projects, given some basic analysis and calculation methods of the whole life-cycle cost management, introduced an overview of the integrated management system for the development of the whole life-cycle cost management of civil engineering projects, expatiated information flow management and risk management elements in life cycle cost management and designed a framework of whole life cycle risk management.
