  • Abstract
    In the blending process of alumina production, raw materials are fed into mill and blended to form the raw-blending slurry. In this blending process, mill load is one of the key factors to affect production, energy consumption. With data fusion approach, current and vibrate are used to estimate the state of mill load on-line. Application in an alumina factory shows the validity of the proposed approach.
