Abstract :
A different technique from the existing techniques is presented in this paper. The technique is developed to use for estimating the frequency of distribution systems both in transient processes of RL circuits and static processes. On the basis of numerical differentiation, 7 sampling points of the sampling sequence are employed for the estimation and computation. The signals with period component (AC component) and non-periodic component (DC component) is sampled to estimate the frequency of distribution systems in transient processes at high accuracy. A study example is given to illustrate the proposed technique in Matlab.
