Based on this, the paper profits from the related research results, empirically examines the relationship among the e-commerce venturing stress, the entrepreneurial orientation and the entrepreneurial performance, and draws the corresponding conclusion: (1) the resource integration competence is being related negatively with the entrepreneurial performance; (2) the entrepreneurial orientation has the intense mediator effect to the relationship between the e-commerce venturing stress and the entrepreneurial performance;(3) the entrepreneurial orientation has the positive effects on the entrepreneurial performance, which further develops the theoretical model of the entrepreneurial orientation and the entrepreneurial performance.
