Abstract :
Knowledge-based employees, as one of the core competitiveness of high technology enterprise, become more and more important as the enterprise from the introduction to the growth facing the market intensify competition. Therefore, we integrate the enterprise strategy with the growth of enterprises life cycle, develop a model on human capital investment of knowledge-based employees by analyzing employees´ needs and characters during the growth of high technology enterprise to get how to arouse knowledge-based employee´s initiative, and make effective investment return, we then give such advices as setting up warning risk mechanism on knowledge-based employees; improving the motivation mechanism; strengthening knowledge-based employees´ team; deepening enterprise culture in order to make the utilization of enterprise existing resources maximized, enhance the core competitiveness, what is more, realizing high technology enterprise sustainable development.
