    Recently the rural labors´ employment training has increasingly become the government and academic focus. Improving the skill levels of the rural labors has great significance of China´s industrial structure adjustment and sound economic development. This article is based on the analysis of the rural household survey data of Tianjin in 2008. Firstly it is to analyze the Status of the rural labors´ employment training. Secondly it is to test the factors affecting the rural labors´ training. Then it is to research the impact on employment behavior of these factors. Finally it is to make the results of the analysis and the specific recommendations.
