Abstract
Risk prediction is important for crisis management, not only for city control but also for human health. We predicted human condition using Artificial Intelligence Approach by analyzing the blood test. We chose psychological stressor (life events) in one year after disaster, emotional supports, private Self-Consciousness (priSC) that is people´s tendency of taking attention to themselves, PTSD (mental disorder), lifestyle as human condition two years after disaster. We measured NK cell activity by blood test two years after disaster as a disease index. The results suggested that 1) psychological stressor caused by disaster related to negative physical and psychological changes indirectly, 2) emotional supports from working environment seemingly had negative effect on human behavior (lifestyle) and physical health, but had positive effect on decreasing PTSD as it is, and they considered a psychological resource, but a physical loss, 3) emotional supports from friends did not relate to physical condition in theoretical model, 4) private self consciousness had negative effect on increasing physical health in direct correlation and considered to have function for increasing PTSD which does not relate to emotional support. These indicate mental condition was partially unable to control behavior and physical health even two years after disaster. Emotional support after two years cut both ways for mind and body.
