Abstract :
The reliable design problem of bar pole placement with actuator failures is addressed. For linear systems, a more practical and general failures model of actuator is presented. A sufficient condition of pole reliable placement in bar region is given. State feedback controller is designed by solving LMI (linear matrix inequality). A simulation example shows not only the efficiency but also necessity of reliable placement.
