Abstract
The construction project delivery method chosen in the contract planning stage has a significant influence on the subsequent project performance. This paper aims to supply the employer with an effective and simple system of choosing the delivery method for certain projects in China. The fuzzy analytical hierarchy process (FAHP) is adopted to choose an appropriate construction project delivery methods in consideration of several relevant factors and sensitivity analysis is used to indicate the influence on choice when taking different key factors into account and to verify the practicality of the method in this paper.
