Abstract :
The problem of robust control for a class of uncertain neutral delay systems is investigated. The system under consideration involves state time delay and parameter uncertainties. The purpose of this paper was to design a state observer and dynamic output feedback controller such that , for all admissible uncertainties, the closed-loop system is asymptotically stable. A linear matrix inequality (LMI) approach to solve the problem. Finally, a numerical example is presented to illustrate the results given in this paper and simulation shows that the method is very effective.
