Abstract :
Match information opinions are presented in this paper. It reveals that the information is relevant not only to the thing´s occurring probability but also to the degree of matching the external messages with the internal memory models. The statistical information is fit for the channel coding and the match information is fit for the source coding. Based on the idea of match information, a new memory match image and video compression coding algorithm is presented to save a great deal of transmission bandwidth and provide high compression ratio while processing more and more image or video frames. Moreover, a kind of memory-renewed personal communication system is also proposed to satisfy different individual demands. The memory model may be renewed online in this system while it is idle. It also may be applied in secure communication or toll television and so on.
