Enterprises are an artificial system, the characteristic made enterprises to have possibility of sustainable development. The thesis think that factors of sustainable development is: identify and cultivating of core development competence; cultivating of three competence unify of core competence and innovation competence and control competence; pullulating of Operation competence of enterprises faster than pullulating of enterprises scale; actively implementing brand stratagem; strict crisis management; building live enterprises culture etc.
