Abstract :
Comparison of military EMC requirements with corresponding civilian standards shows many differences. Although in most cases there are parallel documents, and measurement techniques and limits show much agreement, it is likely that civilian standards can be substituted for military standards with some limitations. Eventually, steps can be taken to bring the two groups of standards much closer together
