Abstract :
In order to satisfy the variation of network conditions, a robust active queue management (AQM) controller is proposed. Its coefficient can be determined by linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) based on uncertain discrete time-delay system stabilizability analysis. Simulation results show that the proposed controller is feasible and valid for it possesses robust to uncertain network parameters.
