Abstract :
Summary form only given. Atmospheric pressure microwave (2.45 GHz) plasma torch using WR- 284 type waveguide has been designed and the efficiency and uniformity of the plasma have been increased with a different kind of torch design. The traditional and modified torch plasma characteristics are compered.
