  • Abstract
    With the changes in social economic models, organizational form, scale, development strategy, competitive strategy, market environment will change, and people are more profound and intuitive understanding that knowledge is productive. Power employees´ work is in the face of the complexity, in order to achieve desired goal we must use the increasingly vast and complex knowledge and conduct more frequent communication. Therefore, the implementation of knowledge management is essential for enhancing the enterprise´s core competitive power. Knowledge management is a process to improve the competitiveness of enterprises and identify the knowledge, acquire it and play its full role in the process. Knowledge Management is a new tool in management studies and a powerful tool for the development, use and sublimation of enterprise knowledge resources. If the power generation companies want to sustain competitive advantage in the knowledge economy era, they should be started a developed corporate culture based on knowledge management-oriented as soon as possible, so that the organization´s innovative capacity and creativity of staffs personal mutually promote and make common progress. In this paper, we take six power companies´ data to evaluate the level of each company´ knowledge management, here we use the method of AHP and Gray Relational, and through the comparison, we can see that the method is valuable and easy. Finally, we give some suggestions to promote the level of knowledge management to help the generation companies to make full use of knowledge management.
