Abstract :
Summary form only given. Pulsed power has long been used in many applications such as ozonizers, excimer lasers, water treatment and application to the biomedical fields; the use of embedded system for pulsed power generator has also been researched. However, embedded systems are weak on the noise of pulsed power. Measure against noise is a key to develop the high-performance pulsed power generator.
