Abstract :
A parallel particle swarm optimization algorithm based on cultural evolution is proposed to solve the multi-level capacitated lot-sizing problem The detailed realization of the method was illustrated. In this method, there are one belief space and some population space. Each space generate separately. The example of other literatures was computed. By comparison of the result, it can be found that this proposed algorithm illustrated its higher searching efficiency and better stability than the genetic algorithm of other literatures. Simulation results of the example demonstrated the effectiveness of this algorithm.
