Abstract
This paper addresses the issue of general comparability of gasket shielding performance data obtained with different test techniques. Four types of gaskets were evaluated using four test techniques. Data are presented for the frequency range 500 MHz-2 GHz which is within the generally accepted operating range of each of the four test techniques. The results indicate little consistency between the shielding performance of the four gaskets measured by the different techniques
