Abstract

With the new economic times, the competition between enterprises have changed from the cost-competitive to opportunity. The main idea in this article is to improve their rapid reaction capability and competitiveness, to study the problems on customers demand to respond quickly in logistics delivery. To discuss the impact of the jobs in logistics delivery how to distribute to the costumers by the cost and time factors as performance criteria. Having set up one model of logistics delivery based on the analysis to logistics delivery function, and analysed the field and its application of time-based logistics delivery model, then proposed its application in the enterprise.
