Abstract :
In this paper we establish a new clustering model for rolling planning in the iron-steelmaking industry using artificial intelligence and genetic algorithm, then we development a two-phase improvement algorithm to solve it. Simulation results obtained show its superiority in the quality of solution over the other heuristics
